All You Need To Know

What is Soft Play?

Soft Play is an indoor/outdoor play area, the equipment is made from soft foam structures that are designed to allow jumping, climbing, and sliding. It's perfect for little ones who can crawl up to 5 years old, to discover in a clam, safe & fun play area. Soft Play encourages development of gross motor skills and stimulates imaginative play

What is your policy?

To keep anything good running we must have some policies in place 

We do require a $100 refundable deposit to secure your event date & to ensure these policies are respected. 

  • No Shoes 

  • No Food/Drinks

  • No Slime, Face Paint or Glitter

  • No Sharp Objects 

Additional policies will be listed on your contract. Please note all packages are subject to a delivery fee, stair fee, and or outdoor fee. 

How are you taking COVID precautions? 

Aside from normal thorough sanitizing and disinfecting we turned it up a notch due to COVID. Our equipment is disinfected & sanitized before & after each use. We disinfect with a non-toxic cleaner, that kills 99.9% of bacteria, & viruses. We also ask that if you've had any symptoms of the virus or have been in close contact with anyone who has symptoms or tested positive for the virus that you please reschedule

All You Need To Know

Do you require a deposit?

We do! A $100.00 refundable deposit fee. This fee does NOT go towards your rental fee and is solely accepted in order to ensure no damage or theft to the equipment. This fee also secures your event date, without a deposit your date is not secured.

Can you set up outdoors?

Definitely! Outdoor events are as long as the weather permits, we do require that you keep the equipment in a shaded area/under a tent when the weather is very hot, the equipment can get too hot for your little ones if it is left directly in the sun. We can not set up over uneven surfaces, we also can't leave play area gates on uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of guest. We do require a flat service outdoors. ALL outdoor parties are subject to a fee or more.

What if it rains?

Unfortunately we can not set up if rain is expected, our top priority is the safety of your little humans, please plan an indoor area as a back up, please note if your new location requires stairs there is an stair fee, just in case it rains the day of your event. Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, we can however utilize that deposit as a credit for a future date upon availability in our schedule. 
Please note: Once J&J Soft Play area has been set up and your event time has started, a refund and/or a deposit WILL NOT be issued.
